Common areas include a large dining, games, and TV room, two covered outdoor patios, a laundry room on each floor, and a library.

The Salmo & Area Supportive Housing Society also manages an affordable family living complex.
Next door to the Senior complex are eight spacious two and three bedroom units. The townhouses have bright kitchens with fridge and stove, ample closets and storage space, tub and shower in bathrooms, space for washer and dryer, patios and covered parking.
